Use your Zaylo account email to connect your device.

Choose an available location and turn on your private VPN connection.

Android setup

Most setup problems are easier to solve when users can identify which step failed.

Use the Android app page as the source of truth for the current APK.

Only continue with APK permission if you intentionally downloaded Zaylo from the official page.

Open the Android app and sign in with the same account email used for checkout or pilot access.

If sign-in fails, remove spaces, confirm the code, and request a fresh code.

Android may ask whether Zaylo can set up a VPN connection. This permission is required.

If denied, reopen the app and try connecting again.

Choose an available location, tap Connect, and wait for the connected state.

After changing networks, reopen the app and confirm the VPN is still connected.

If setup still fails, gather checkout email, Android version, device model, app state, and failed step.

Do not send passwords, full card details, private keys, or public sign-in codes.
