Understand checkout, sign-in, trials, and billing before opening a ticket.

Billing support should focus on account email and Stripe receipt, not private payment details or device secrets.

Successful checkout returns you to the account dashboard.

If the plan does not appear, wait for webhook sync and refresh.

Trial and renewal basics

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial and renews on the interval shown at checkout unless canceled.

Plus is for direct access; Premium adds relay access.

When checkout is unavailable

If checkout is unavailable, Zaylo pauses new paid signups instead of starting an unreliable payment.

This protects users before account access, downloads, and VPN activation are ready.

What support needs

Provide checkout email, plan name, approximate checkout time, and app status.

Do not send card numbers, passwords, private keys, public sign-in codes, or unrelated credentials.

Account deletion

Request account deletion from Settings in the account dashboard.

Paid subscriptions must be canceled before deletion can complete.

Plan changes and device expectations

Plan choice affects device limits and relay access. It does not release future apps early.
