This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to Zaylo VPN subscriptions. It works alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where Apple App Store or Google Play terms govern a purchase, those store rules control refunds for that platform.
If you buy a Zaylo VPN subscription directly through our website, where payment is processed by Stripe, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase.
After the 14-day window, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Zaylo may decline a refund in cases of fraud, payment abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge — you can manage this in the billing portal or by contacting support. Automatic renewal charges made after the initial 14-day window are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the payment provider may charge the subscription price. When that happens, the 14-day money-back window runs from that first charge.
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies and timelines, and Zaylo cannot issue those refunds directly.
Request Apple refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com and Google Play refunds through the Google Play refund process. Zaylo support can help you find the right path, but the store makes the final decision.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and usually takes about 5–10 business days after the refund is approved. Taxes collected at purchase are refunded where required by law.
If you have a billing concern, please contact support first — most issues are resolved quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may suspend your account and VPN access while the dispute is investigated with the payment provider.
