Troubleshooting steps

The fastest fix usually starts by identifying account sign-in, Android permission, location availability, or network stability.

Account sign-in failed

Request a fresh email sign-in code and confirm the account email.

If checkout just completed, wait briefly and refresh the dashboard.

  • Check for extra spaces in the email address.
  • Use the newest sign-in code.
  • Make sure the code was not truncated.

VPN permission was denied

Zaylo needs Android VPN permission to create the private connection.

If the prompt does not return, check Android VPN settings or restart the app.

Connection stays reconnecting

Move to stable Wi-Fi or mobile data, choose an available location, and try again.

If every location fails, record app status and contact support.

Download is missing

Only Android has an available app today.

Do not install files claiming to be Zaylo for unsupported platforms.
