1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the Zaylo VPN website, mobile and desktop apps, account APIs, VPN profiles, subscriptions, support, and related services. The Privacy Policy explains how Zaylo handles user data and is part of the service terms.

If you install Zaylo VPN through Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant store terms, billing rules, subscription controls, refund rules, and app license terms may also apply. If store terms conflict with these terms for purchase, cancellation, refund, or app licensing, the store terms control for that platform.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Zaylo VPN for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for your account email, devices, app sessions, and all activity under your account.

Keep sign-in codes, VPN profiles, and access tokens private. Tell Zaylo support promptly if you believe your account, device, or VPN profile has been compromised.

3. VPN service and app status

Zaylo VPN provides consumer VPN access designed for everyday privacy, public Wi-Fi protection, clear status, and simple setup. Android is available now. iOS, macOS, and Windows are planned and should be treated as future-facing until their download pages show availability.

VPN availability, speeds, routes, locations, streaming access, websites, app compatibility, and network performance can change. Zaylo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific route, a specific IP address, access to every website, or complete anonymity.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• A Zaylo subscription is required for VPN access after any available trial.
• Each plan has device limits, location access, and entitlement rules shown on the pricing and checkout screens.
• If a free trial is offered, the payment provider may charge the subscription price after the trial unless you cancel before renewal.
• Cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless the payment provider or applicable law says otherwise.
• Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and billing disputes may be handled by Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider used for purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Zaylo VPN to:

• Violate applicable law, sanctions, court orders, or VPN restrictions in your location.
• Attack, scan, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to networks, systems, accounts, or devices.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, bot traffic, credential stuffing, scraping, or automated abuse.
• Commit fraud, payment abuse, ad fraud, traffic manipulation, or monetization manipulation.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
• Resell, sublicense, share, or commercially redistribute Zaylo VPN access without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, interfere with security controls, or misuse app sessions, API tokens, or VPN profiles.

6. VPN laws and restricted locations

VPN laws and licensing rules vary by country and region. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to your use of Zaylo VPN. Zaylo may restrict app availability, VPN locations, features, purchases, or accounts when required for legal compliance, app store compliance, payment compliance, or user safety.

7. App license and intellectual property

Zaylo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and service according to these terms. Zaylo retains all rights in its apps, website, branding, documentation, code, designs, and service content.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or distribute Zaylo VPN except where applicable law allows and cannot be waived by contract.

8. Suspension and termination

Zaylo may suspend or terminate access if your payment fails, your subscription expires, your account appears compromised, you violate these terms, your use creates risk for Zaylo or other users, or continued service would violate law, app store policy, payment rules, or infrastructure requirements.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Canceling an app or deleting the app from your device may not cancel your subscription.

9. Disclaimers

Zaylo VPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Zaylo does not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every threat, available in every location, or suitable for high-risk, emergency, safety-critical, or regulated uses.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaylo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes

Zaylo may update these terms as the service, apps, stores, payment providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
